Export reports in PDF files to send to customers the end result of each campaign

WHMCS.com have excellent software to manage customers and create invoices.
It should be nice to work together with them (Matt the owner is really responsive!) to make a full integration between the 2.
This way it is very easy to offer 1-2-All to customers.

It would be nice to send the actual email to friends instead of a link to view on the website. When you click on the link, you don't see the full email and it is cluttered with a lot of extras on the site.

Would be great to be able to see the performance of individual domain names (ie: hotmail.com,gmail.com, aol.com, etc.) in order to easier identify deliverability issues (with the ability to be able to compare different domain names with each other).
It could eventually be done through custom filters that could be applied on the reports. Advantage of these filters is that it also works on other fields than just the domain names, like: sex, age, etc.

I create email campaigns that reoccur every week or month, etc., and need to "very often" preset an END date. If possible, it would be very useful if I could set an END date for a reoccurring email at the same time that I am setting it up. Please add this feature ASAP. I think it really makes logical sense. It would make my life much easier.

Reports per provider like opens and clicks. With provider I mean the domainname of the emailaddress like Hotmail.com. You can use these stats to analyse if all of your emails arrive in hotmail and gmail, or that your server is blacklisted and your emails arrive as spam.

The number one source to opt-in new subscribers is the subscription form. There is absolutely no feature to design the subscription form at all. No templates - nothing. Would be nice if users could design the form while editing the order of the fields and labels as well as some basic graphic design. So that an ordinary user does not need to hand code, what most of them even do not understand.

I suggest you make shorter URLs for link tracking, With mod_rewrite and an good algorithm you are able to make it look something like: http://www.mysite.com/12all/l/7ibwk/document.pdf
Where you can yourself modify the end of link (document.pdf). But it will suggest the last folder or file as default. The code with five numbers or character gives about 50 millions different combination.

If you want messages to look properly in every email client you also have to use html code view for editing. But the changes you make here it 'forgets' often.
E.g. if you add a body background color after few steps it is gone.
Also the html view of the editor is useless without brakes and tabs like it is in a proper editor.

subscriber integration with oscommerce

A great feature I have witnessed and is perfect for 100% of users who have little HTML knowledge and/or don't want to is the ability to easily drag and drop images and additional text areas into a pre-design template.

The image library is displayed on the left with thumbnails and the user can just drag the image they want over to the template and it adjusts size accordingly.

I think template/email message design needs to be really looked at to help set the system apart further as other companies are bringing this kind of 'ajax' experience into their systems.
