Have better Admin Group reporting
The 'Admin Groups' list (viewable under the 'Admin Groups' tab of the Users page) currently only contains one column: 'Title'.
I suggest that this page should also contain another column called 'Users', which lists all of the users associated with that Admin Group. In many cases this will just be one user. However, if it is a long list, then it can be truncated at the end with an ellipsis.
Having a 'Date Created' column would also be useful (same with the 'Users' report).
Also, on the 'edit' page for an Admin Group, it should show the full (non-editable) list… more

OpenCart integration
It would be great to be able to pass subscription information from OpenCart websites to Active Campaign lists and vice versa, when users subscribe

Build in the ability to have RSS email messages go into draft stage.
Build in the ability to have RSS email messages go into draft stage. Currently RSS email campaigns are sent automatically. Would like those emails to be created and have the option to be a draft so I can edit things like subject line, etc. before the message goes out.

Limit amount of messages for a campaign as a segmentation of the full list
Sometimes you don't want to send an email to the full list, but just a part of it. But I can only segment the list by all kinds of criteria, but not the total amount of messages. Like "send 20,000 emails out of my full list".

If subscriber name is empty, then the word "Subscriber" is used (by default). Admin should be able to set %EMAIL% to be used instead as well
Right now List settings page lets you enter a default subscriber name. It should also look for a personalization tag in it (such as %EMAIL%), then replace it if it is used

Add a button to export subscribers in the "lists" section
I know it's simple to do in the "subscribers" section, but I think it would also make sense to add an export button in the "lists" section as well.

List segments new criteria: "Belongs to List Segment x", "Received Campaign x" and Operation "Is Null"
We should be able to base a segment on another segment. For instance, instead of repeating all the criteria from a segment to another, we could say that "subscriber is included in Segment x".
In addition, if we sent a newsletter to a subscriber but he did not opened the message, we may not want to send him the message again, because he may mark it as SPAM altogether. It would be good to send to subscribers that were not marked as having been sent a campaign.
Criteria should have the operation "Field is Null" or Not Null. It's a… more

Add a report to show subscription methods
I know you're storing the subscription method (which form, import, etc.) with each subscriber, please set up a report for that. Simple pie chart per list would be great (plus an export of the tabular data), so users can evaluate the effectiveness of their subscription tools. Please also include DB sync and when subscribers are added via "Add Subscriber" vs. "Import Subscriber" methods. That will be helpful in some situations to analyze internal efficiency.

Define split tests by something other than subject
Let's say you're split-testing something OTHER THAN the subject line...how are you going to know which is which in the campaign report drop-down? We've been asking for "labels" like this for a while now throughout the software (messages, for example); please add something to help us organize our campaigns better. The software is very "linear" right now, where email marketing is anything but.

allow the campaign time to be changed with a scheduled campaign.
When scheduling subscriber date based campaigns, I think we should be able to alter the time the campaign is sent out. For example, they currently send to my employees at 1:30pm, kind of an awkward time to have it send out "Happy Birthday" messages!

Time-based Subscriber Actions.
For example: move subscribers from LIST A to LIST B a certain amount of days after they joined LIST A. That would be useful in order to move customers from "New Customers" list to "Experienced Customers" list, or for example from "Prospects" list to "Non-buying subscribers" list if they've gone through our entire "Prospects" list without converting.

Bounce Processing Priorities
For bounce rules, it would be quite helpful to have them processed in the following order:
1st - Bounces rules that are set to be ignored if the text matches a certain string in the bounce. This would be a new category besides soft and hard.
2nd - Soft bounces are processed next. If a rule matches a soft bounce, process it.
3rd - Hard bounces are processed last.
This would allow rules to work in a hierarchy, preventing hard bounces for temporary spam blocks, etc... that return hard bounce codes.
