create a capability where you can upload a document unto a survey for survey partcipants to be able to look at as they go through a survey. For example, a survey asks a participant to review a certain document and they can click on a pdf of the document (and not just look at an html of the entire document in the survey itself).

Currently on iSalient, there is no option to deliver quantitative results outside of a browser. You can print qualitative information through the Individual Responses reports. However, I can not print the quantitative results of a survey and hand it to our board members. The only option is a link to view in the browser.

It is desirable to share a report that shows only the survey results without the link to view answers. The ability to view answers should be an 'eyes only'. For more general reporting, the survey results page is sufficient. No View Results should be available. A second shared report could include the view answers link

For example, if I ask a guest if they would reccomend my property, then I would like to send them to a page that has links to survey sites that I use... If they say no, then I would like to either collect more information on them or simply have the ability to say "thank you for your feedback"

In the calendar picker, a user has to click a lot if the date he wants is a long time ahead. It should be possible to pick year as well as month.

I love the sharing feature, but it'd be nice to have this a conditional option. I would like to send a share invitation to different people based on the answer to the first question.

(example. If the person taking the survey answers that they are from Georgia, allow me to share just those surveys that answered Georgia in the first question with a specific person and hide the results of the rest of the surveys)

tables with radio and check buttons should get borders in order to clearly identify lines and colums

on the login page html should be included, in order to explain the user what he has to do and to include also a nice header. furthermore the login on the fly should be checked against password rules (at least 7 characters, ...)

by using a table for the radiobuttons choice and adding table customization, the layout gets more clearly defined (borders, colors, ...)

by attaching a function to the close button, it would be possible to erase the cooky. That way a new survey can be started immediately.

next and previous buttons at the bottom of the page are not always immediately seen. would be nice to have these with perhaps direct addressing of the pages on the left or right of the page

Multi page and logical features are a must for any form or survey creation software

It would be great if the Matrix (one answer per row) question type would allow points to be assigned to the answers for scoring purposes.

Upon adding new multiple choice answers, be able to add to Predefined Answers for future use... Or be able to edit a file to add them to the list.

We are using the software for an Application Form. At the end of completing the form, participants would like to see what they put down and maybe print it. As administrator, I can easily access this information from the email alert or by logging in the software and selecting display individual results. I am currently PDF's these response and sending by email. It would be nice as an option if participants could see this at the end of the survey.

...instead of having to put conditions on questions... this way, you can skip an entire page instead of having to display a blank page. It's also easier to build a complex condition one time for the page instead of duplicating it for each of 10 or so questions on the page.

Improve the performance--It's important when editing or updating larger surveys. On this user's server, it takes between 8 to 16 seconds to update a question in iSalient. Perhaps it's the Ajax of Flash, or perhaps it's the shared server (on Godaddy "Grid" (optimized) shared economy hosting plan.
