File Library / Ticket Attachments Integration

It would be helpful to have better integration between the Knowledgebase attachments and the File Library.

For example, when adding an attachment, the user should be able to
- choose a file already in the File Library as the attachment
or
- upload a new attachment and upload to the File Library (and choose the category) at the same time. This way you don't have to go through the upload process twice.

Also, adding the attachment fields to the New Article page would be nice; then you could make a new article in one swoop, instead of making the article, searching for the article, clicking the upload link, and then uploading the attachment.

        In addition also the files that are added to an aritcle should be used when you choose to add a article to a ticket. So the receiver receives both the content and the attachment.

        It would even be more great if Support trio could use the local server file system to browse and attach files to tickets from, on top of your idea which is very welcome as well.
