Right now there is no auto-fill of current tags when creating tags. So if you misspell a tag it will cause issues in your sequences.
Also...there is no way to manage all your tags (at least to my knowledge) to enable us to change tag names or create tags in one central place.19 votes
This is a huge miss on the part of AC and one that I hope that it can be added since it's a crucial piece for automation.
I would like the option to click on multiple people (ex 17) in the contacts and then make them do something like, tag all 17 people with the same tag, put all 17 people on a brand new automated series that I just built for a new promotion, send those 17 people out an SMS, etc.18 votes
The only thing stopping me from using the CRM is that there is very little ability to customize the CRM to my unique needs.
I would LOVE the ability to customize the deals app HOWEVER i wish to, just like podio.
I can add/delete different type of fields as i wish and i can create different "apps".8 votes
ActiveCampaign already works with Zapier, which is awesome. This integration should be extended to actions to manage reseller accounts.
For example, we should be able to add/suspend/delete accounts under our reseller account with Zapier actions.9 votes
Almost any CRM has the ability to manage companies as a separate entity. Will you do that?9 votes
It'd be great to be able to trigger a campaign or automation series to happen when a deal moves to the next stage.
For example, I work in the mortgage industry. When I submit a loan and move a deal to the "Loan Sub'd" stage, it'd be awesome of that stopped any campaigns or automation from the previous stage and automatically started the automation from the "Loan Sub'd" stage.8 votes
Three parts to this one:
1) Allow the use of email templates in the send individual emails from a contact record
2) Add sending a specific email template as the trigger to start a campaign. i.e. A welcome to being a client email template is chosen which when sent adds them to the client onboarding campaign
3) Allow response tracking of emails on the email template level so the ideas above would also allow the use of automations based on the template i.e. tracking if they have responded4 votes
As an agency, it would be great to receive all reply emails instead of my client, without the recipients seeing my address.
As an agency, it would be great to receive all reply emails, instead of my client, without the recipients seeing my address. I want them to see the client's sender info, and even when they click reply, they would see the client's address, but it should get routed back to me, or to the system, which would then notify me, the agency. This would allow full control and management on behalf of my client.
I have to requests in one really. I appreciate the CRM side is growing but it does not allow you to manage multiple people in the same Account very well. I want to be able to track emails from every one in an account using the gmail integration.
One way is to allow multiple people to be added to a deal - which is ideal because you can then easily see who else is at that company3 votes
To send a previous campaign to recipients who did not open it originally, the only apparent option is to resend at that time. I would prefer to schedule the resend at a future time, say the next morning.2 votes
The ability to compare single campaign results against one another. This could accomplished most easily by adding filtering to the primary reports campaign list along with integrating a more advanced search with operators.
Like google operator search
ex. name:fun views>20% clicks<5% contact_state:Illinois7 votes
I haven't found out if you do this but other systems i have used have allowed the passing of google analytics url information i.e.
EG - In Pardot you can put hidden fields in the form that pull campaign, medium, source etc from the url and pass that through to the contact record as the initial engagement.
Do you do this? Or another way to achieve the same objective?3 votes
Would be great to have the ability to setup an account once for a particular vertical niche, seed it with automations & content and then "instantiate" that for new customers so you don't have to set everything up from scratch each time19 votes
My finance folks are used to getting monthly invoices emailed to them and find that having to log in and retrieve an invoice from the user account to be inconvenient, especially given that they won't use the AC account for any other usage.2 votes
In the event a subscriber list is deleted, there needs to be a way to recover it. I checked online and there doesn't seem to be any way to do that in Active Campaign.1 vote
We love the system, but have problems finding draft and previous campaigns and mailings.
I know you have a lot of development to do but being able to list campaigns by date last updated, created or when last sent would help us a great deal.
I would like to see an option where I can create a master pipeline and then just copy/duplicate it regular intervals. For eg. every month or every six months.1 vote

Use Link "Short Name" as Goggle Analytics utm_content Value.
The "Short Name" for links is exactly what the utm_content field is for. A short description of the content that the link directs you too. Then if you have a variety of links you can give them all the same short name for your Active Campaign reports as well as ganging the results in GA.
The use of the recipients email address is a great option but also floods your GA account with useless information.3 votes
Add Optimizepress 2.0 to your integration.3 votes
