If subscriber name is empty, then the word "Subscriber" is used (by default). Admin should be able to set %EMAIL% to be used instead as well

Next to Add button on the right side of the menu, if admin user has any ASSIGNED tickets, there should be a menu with a list of FIRST 5 tickets he can tackle. FIRST would be determined by ticket last post (longest first), OR by due date (shortest first)
